We dont install fences etc as a norm as we leave that to the homeowner but whether you have kids yourself or not this is an important consideration. What if next doors child wanders into your garden? You provide good info on pool safety but in my opinion, it`s incomplete. A lot a pool drownings occur while a young child goes to play around a swimming pool and there is no one aware that the child is there. I think it is very important that a swimming pool be surrounded by a fence with secure locking mechanisms that should only be unlocked when a responsible person is present to give access to the pool.</description>
